Happy Halloween everyone!
Today’s post is full of treats… no tricks, I promise!
Do you remember the gluten free coconut oil pie crust I made last summer? Well, I’ve transformed it into these delicious (and super cute) Apple Pie Pops! The icing on the cake (err pie pop), is a sweet glaze made with real apple cider. They’re a much healthier version of traditional apple pie, using coconut sugar and gluten free ingredients.
I’m also really excited to share that I created this recipe as my first contribution to the amazing blog Pretty My Party! I’ve been a fan of this blog for years, long before I even thought about having one myself.
